2026 eligibility, deadlines and team rules kept as method archive. Registration closed 26 January 2026.
Open to currently enrolled students aged 14–24 on 31 January 2026, in teams of two to five. Band A (14–17) needs a school coordinator and guardian consent. Band B (18–24) needs evidence of enrolment. Mixed-age teams compete in Band B. Up to five teams per school; one school team at Finals.
Registration closed 26 January 2026, 17:00 GMT. Teams in by 12 January 2026 received first pick of Foundations briefs. The fee was £375 for one team, scaling to £1,125 for five. VAT applied in the UK and EU. Fee-waiver places ran through the 2026 form.

Prepare: team name, captain email, school or independent status, country, member list with birth month/year, coordinator if anyone is under 18. Software is not a barrier — Bluebeam and Figma educational seats come with registration.
